Natasha Azzopardi Muscat is an experienced public health professional currently serving as the Director of Country Health Policies & Systems and Senior Advisor at the World Health Organization (WHO) EURO. Azzopardi Muscat has also held roles as a Consultant in Public Health Medicine and Senior Lecturer at the University of Malta. Previous positions include Chief Medical Officer and Director of Strategy & Sustainability at the Ministry of Health in Malta. Azzopardi Muscat holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Health from Maastricht University (2010-2016) and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) along with a Master of Science in Public Health Medicine from the University of Malta (1990-1997).
