Cristina Knapp is a highly experienced professional with extensive expertise in program management, global operations, and client services within the telecommunications and humanitarian sectors. Currently serving as a Global Programme Manager for Cash Data Services at the World Food Programme, Cristina leads initiatives across over 120 countries and has successfully managed high-impact global innovation projects. Previous roles include Director of Global Operations at Nokia, where accountability for a €1 billion business was maintained, and multiple vice president positions at BT Global Services, focused on client services, business operations, and customer satisfaction. Cristina holds a Bachelor of Science in European Studies with French and Spanish from the University of Surrey and has additional education in International Relations from the University of Lisbon.
