Apolinario Pinto Guterres possesses extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as the Head of Support Services at the World Food Programme since April 2022. Prior roles include Management and Administration Adviser at Cardno GfD for the Civil Aviation Authority of Timor Leste, Accountant Consultant at the World Food Programme, and Finance Adviser at Cardno for the PNDSSP. Guterres has also held positions such as Finance and Office Manager at Palladium Group, National Program Officer at UNDP, Office Manager at Peace Dividend Trust, Accounting Officer at the Australian Embassy Timor Leste, and Finance Officer at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. A Master’s degree in Accounting was earned from Victoria University from 2009 to 2011.
