Rafael CAYUELA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and economics within the energy and chemical industries. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Studies Committee at the World Energy Council, CAYUELA also holds the position of International Advisory Board Member for the same organization. Additional roles include Advisory Board Member at the World BioEconomy Forum and EMEAI Chief Strategy Officer, Corporate Chief Economist, and Chair of the EU Sustainability Leadership Team at Dow. CAYUELA is the Chairman of the Industry Advisory Panel for the International Energy Charter and leads the Mid Century Vision and Industry Pathway initiatives at Cefic (European Chemical Industry Council). CAYUELA's educational background includes completing the Blockchain Strategy Program at the University of Oxford and an Executive Program at Singularity University, focusing on Exponential Technologies and Growth.
