Nicole Dubowski has a diverse work experience in the fields of engineering, architecture, and real estate development. Nicole currently holds the position of Partner Lead, Engineering & Construction at the World Economic Forum, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they founded and served as the Owner of East Landing Development LLC, a women-owned real estate investment and development company focused on sustainable practices and quality projects. Nicole has extensive experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Arup from July 2010 to August 2020. Additionally, Nicole gained valuable internship experience at various firms, including HOK, Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM), and John P. Laffey Architects. Nicole also worked as an Office of Engineering Intern at The Pennsylvania State University from January 2007 to May 2010.
Nicole Dubowski held a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from Penn State University, which they obtained between the years 2005 and 2010. Nicole then pursued a Programme for Sustainability Leadership Masters from the University of Cambridge, where they studied from 2012 to 2013. In 2020, Nicole completed a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
