Mercedes Aubert has extensive experience as an executive assistant, primarily at the World Economic Forum, where roles have included Senior Executive Assistant to the Managing Board and various executive assistant positions supporting high-level officials such as Cheryl Martin, Jim Hagemann Snabe, and Espen Barth Eide from January 2004 to the present. Prior to this, Mercedes held executive assistant positions at the World Economic Forum from 2008 to 2013 and 2004 to 2007, assisting leaders like Borge Brende and José Maria Figueres Olsen. Earlier career experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO at SEPHORA and working in an executive assistant role within the Research Department at GSK.
