Bianca Bertaccini is an experienced Project Manager at the World Economic Forum, specializing in Protein Pathways and Food Innovation Hubs since August 2019, and previously held roles as Programme Coordinator for the Food Systems Initiative and Event Management Specialist in Global Programming. Prior experience includes an internship in Events and F&B at Baglioni Hotels & Resorts and working as a Crew Member on Sailing Yacht Pearl 1. Bianca holds two Master of Science degrees from the Glion Institute of Higher Education, one in International Hospitality Business and another in Luxury Brand Management, as well as a bachelor's degree from the University of Gastronomic Sciences - Pollenzo.
