Anja Ouglova has extensive experience in customer service and management roles, currently serving as a Customer Service representative at World Courier since October 2021, where the focus is on medical logistics for global clinical trials. Prior to this, Anja held the position of Branch Manager at Activate Leuven, overseeing operations, recruitment, training, and strategic planning to drive growth and profitability. Anja also worked at THEOplayer, first as a Sales Development Representative and later as Partnership Success Manager, responsible for managing partnerships and expanding the partner network. Anja holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UC Leuven-Limburg and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science from KU Leuven.
