Sylvester Michael Modhu is an experienced Program Manager currently employed at World Concern since July 2009, where notable achievements include the successful accomplishment of two COVID-19 Emergency Response projects and effective management of disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation, and livelihood initiatives. Previous roles include Program Officer, where capacity-building modules were developed, and staff performance monitored, as well as Project Manager at Talitha Koum, focusing on office and staff management. Early experience involves community training as a Community Capacity Facilitator at Prottasha, volunteering at the Dhaka Leprosy Control Project, and educating slum children as a teacher at Diganto. Sylvester holds a Master's in Organizational Leadership and Management from Martin Luther Christian University, as well as degrees in Political Science and Social Science from National University, Bangladesh.
