John's extensive experience includes 18 years at John Deere, where positions held ranged from Operations Manager to various roles in engineering management, including leading high-performance teams and driving significant process improvements. John holds an MBA from St. Ambrose University and a B.A. in Industrial Technology from the University of Northern Iowa.
