Sebastian Geschwind is a Social Protection Specialist at The World Bank since November 2022, previously serving as an Innovation Fellow at GiveDirectly and a Consultant at The World Bank. Prior experience includes roles such as Chargé de mission in Togo's Ministry of Digital Economy, Policy Advisor at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, and diverse positions across various organizations including Roland Berger and the German Federal Foreign Office. Sebastian Geschwind holds Master’s degrees in Development Economics and International Development from Sciences Po and in Political Science and Government from Freie Universität Berlin, along with additional qualifications in Design Thinking from Hasso Plattner Institute and an exchange year focused on International Relations at Princeton University.
