Mahmut Rustem Sen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience at The World Bank, currently serving as Manager in the IBRD/IDA Corporate Finance within the Development Finance Vice Presidency since April 2021. Prior to this role, Mahmut held various leadership positions at The World Bank Treasury from June 2008 to March 2021, including Co-Head of Asset Liability Management and Head of Portfolio Analytics. Mahmut's career began at Freddie Mac, where Mahmut Rustem was a Financial Analysis Manager from January 2004 to May 2008. Mahmut holds a Master of Science in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business and has completed an Executive Education program at Harvard Kennedy School focused on leadership.
