Freida Siregar is a GovTech Specialist at The World Bank, contributing to the GovTech Global Partnership trust fund and providing technical advice on digital governance projects since April 2021. Previously, Freida served as a Policy and Learning Specialist at Cardno International Development, analyzing social protection programs during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia, and as a Digital Transformation Consultant at Jabar Digital Service, facilitating the development of a digital transformation strategy. Freida's experience also includes managing research projects at Evidence for Policy Design focusing on social assistance and women empowerment, and leading a department at Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab to evaluate anti-corruption interventions. Freida holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Indonesia.
