Rachelle Taylor is an experienced professional in change management and communications, currently serving as Change Lead at Coles Group since April 2022. Previous roles include Change and Comms Manager at Australia Post, and participation in SXSW as a scheduled participant in March 2020. Rachelle has also held various strategic communications positions, such as Strategic Communications Advisor at the Bureau of Meteorology and Portfolio Change Manager at Origin Energy. With a significant tenure at Telstra, Rachelle contributed in multiple senior internal communications roles. Rachelle's career began in internal communications at Lion Nathan National Foods and Creative Brands PTY LTD, where Rachelle served as Communications Manager and Brand Manager. Rachelle's educational background includes a Master of Visual Art and a Master of Marketing from Monash University, complemented by an arts degree in Graphic Design. Rachelle has furthered professional development through training in Agile Change Leadership and PROSCI certification.
