Yazmin Guerra is an accomplished workforce development professional, currently serving as Vice President of Workforce Development at WorkTexas and Director of Workforce Development for Harris County since November 2020. In these roles, Yazmin establishes strong relationships with employers and community partners while facilitating access to state and federal initiatives aimed at entry-level hiring and supporting justice-involved youth through employment opportunities.
