Chris Barmonde has over 14 years of experience in software engineering and development. ⌨️ Chris began their career in 2004 as a Web Developer and Webmaster at TotalPlayStation.com. In the same year, they also served as a Web Developer and Las Vegas IT Administrator at ContactPoint, LLC. In 2006, they moved to Selling Source LLC as Lead Developer, where they maintained and developed a high-traffic loan processing system. In 2010, they joined Formspring as a Software Engineer, where they created backend and frontend code in PHP, Javascript, and Python. In 2012, they began working at InstaEDU as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked with Python, Node, and jQuery with Backbone and Marionette. In 2014, they joined Chegg Inc. as a Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer. In 2016, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Rollbar. Finally, in 2017, Chris became Engineering Manager and Engineering Team Lead at WorkStep.

Chris Barmonde attended Salt Lake Community College from 2000 to 2002, where they earned an Associates degree in Computer Information Systems.
