Dawn Hayer is an Accounts Receivable Specialist at WorkSmart since July 2023. Previously, Dawn served as a Global Resource Manager at WCG from July 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included recruiting independent contractors for pharmaceutical translations and building a database of independent clinicians. Prior experience includes working as a Project Coordinator at VeraSci from July 2019 to July 2021, managing translation project production and vendor relationships, and as a Tax Advisor at Block Advisors from January 2016 to July 2019, preparing complex tax returns. Dawn's career began with H&R Block from January 2007 to July 2019 as a Tax Preparer. Dawn holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
