Cheryl Jim, CPHR, currently serves as a Senior Learning Advisor focused on Leadership and Professional Development at WorkSafeBC, with a commitment to enhancing workplace safety and integrity. In addition, Cheryl holds the position of Executive Director at Dytal Solutions Inc., where customized human capital solutions are developed for organizations. As an Authorized Partner with Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviorsā„¢, Cheryl provides assessment-based learning experiences that promote self-awareness and team cohesion. Cheryl also collaborates with Blanchard as a Channel Partner to deliver world-class leadership training. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Maison Birks as Director of Leadership, Learning & Organizational Development, where Cheryl managed training strategies and budgets, coached leadership skills, and oversaw communications. Cheryl holds a Certificate in Organizational Coaching from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from the University of Alberta.
