Cedric Wong is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in process improvement, business transformation, and stakeholder management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Advisor at WorkSafeBC since January 2024, Cedric is focused on research and implementation of business process changes and strategic objectives. Prior to this role, Cedric spent nearly a decade at TELUS, where various positions included Business Consultant in the Data & Trust Office and Automated Customer Experience, where Cedric designed customer journeys and facilitated organizational reporting. Cedric's earlier career includes roles at Aritzia, Vancity, and Global Container Terminals, showcasing a strong background in operational analysis and IT business analysis. Cedric holds an MBA from Queen's University and a BComm in Management Information Systems from The University of British Columbia.
