Elle (Coco) Crocker is a seasoned business owner and chocolate consultant with over 10 years of experience in the chocolate industry, operating award-winning workshops, tours, and consultancy services through Elle Coco since 2013. Training under renowned chocolatier William Curley and specializing in product development for Damson Chocolate, Elle has also served as the Head Chocolate Judge for the NZ Chocolate Awards. Additionally, Elle has substantial project management experience across various sectors, including a role as Programme Manager for Digital Transformation at WorkSafe New Zealand, with a proven track record in delivering complex IT projects, system implementations, and digital initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at the New Zealand Electoral Commission and various positions within government and the private sector, demonstrating a strong focus on management, delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Elle holds a degree in American Studies from Swansea University and has completed international studies in China and New Mexico.
