Jerry McCoy, PMP, is an experienced project manager and operational leader with a diverse background in instructional design, business operations, and team management. Currently serving as Project Manager for Instructional Design at WorkRamp, Jerry focuses on helping clients develop engaging educational content. As the former owner of McCoy Operations Management, Jerry empowered start-ups and small businesses by optimizing workflows and establishing financial best practices. Previous roles include Director of Operations for Learning & Development at Blue Sky eLearn, where Jerry led a team in creating impactful learning experiences across various industries, as well as other positions in account management, data analysis, and marketing. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from Drexel University.
