Shambhu Kumar is an experienced professional with a strong background in workforce planning and technical support. Currently serving as a Workforce Resource Planner at Workplace Options since August 2017, Shambhu previously worked as a Work Life Consultant. Prior to this, Shambhu held the position of Technical Support Team Lead at Convergys India Services from January 2012 to August 2017, after starting as a Semi-Tech advisor and later being promoted to Assistant Floor Lead.
