Rick Peters has extensive experience in workforce management, currently serving as the Director of Global Workforce Management at Workplace Options since January 2023. Prior to this role, Rick held various positions at the North Carolina Department of State Treasurer from April 2018 to December 2022, including Call Center Supervisor and Workforce Management Analyst. Earlier in their career, Rick worked at Conduent for nearly 18 years, culminating in the role of Workforce Manager.
