Lydia Worrell is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in counseling and psychology. Currently serving as an EAP Provider at Workplace Options since March 2021 and a Psychologist at Next Steps Family Centre since 2014, Lydia specializes in providing individual and group counseling to children, adolescents, youth, and families in both traditional and home-based settings. Additional roles include Group Facilitator at Supreme Counselling For Personal Development, Part-Time Lecturer at the University of the West Indies: Cavehill, and previous positions such as Senior Counsellor at Pathway2success Inc. and School Counselor within various educational settings.
