Gonzalo Aguero has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2005 when they joined Accenture as a Specialist. In 2008 they moved to Teleperformance as an HR Responsible, followed by Babolat in 2009. In 2010 they became Rewards Manager Latin American South for Anheuser-Busch InBev, and in 2012 they were HR Director for SABMiller. From 2013 to 2016, they held various roles at Softline Group, including Vice President & Chief People Officer, HR Director for Americas & Asia, and HR Director LATAM. In 2016, they founded and became CEO of Worcket, an easy-to-use cloud platform that aims to increase automatization of the end to end recruitment process. In 2021, they joined StreamIn as a Board Member, and in 2022 they joined Sportyroom as a Board Member.
