Malika Jacobs is an experienced entrepreneur who founded and served as CEO for two companies, starting with Kingmakers in 2014 where they successfully built two brick-and-mortar board game parlors servicing both public and corporate clientèle. In 2020, they pivoted Kingmakers' focus to exclusively offer virtual, participant-centered experiences aimed at improving engagement, morale, well-being and inclusion for team leaders in a rapidly changing workforce. Prior to their entrepreneurial pursuits, they worked at Education Management as an Associate/Consultant between 2005 and 2008. Currently, they are the Founder and CEO of Myriad since 2022.

Malika Jacobs received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science-International Relations from Duke University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Malika later obtained a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, studying from 2008 to 2010.
