Will Ilarraza is an accomplished Senior Product Designer at WorkMarket, an ADP company, where a career spanning over six years has included significant contributions to UX/UI design, particularly in developing recruitment websites for prominent clients like Accenture and The New York Times. Prior to WorkMarket, Will held the positions of UX/UI Designer and Product Manager at Frankly Inc., managing local advertising campaigns, and began a career in graphic design at Tri-State Media Group, working on various advertising materials. Will earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Arts from Mercy College and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from SUNY Westchester Community College.
