Moira Kerrigan has a diverse work experience spanning various marketing and sales roles. Moira started their career as an Editorial Intern at Oxford University Press and McGraw-Hill Higher Education in 2007. In 2009, they worked as an Editorial Intern at Angel City Press and later joined MyShape as a Copywriter/Buyer Assistant/Fashion Assistant, where they analyzed merchandise sales and assisted in purchasing new merchandise.
In 2011, they worked at True2O, a start-up focused on reducing plastic water bottle waste, where they managed a pilot program, pitched to vendor partners, and handled sales and operations. Moira also managed social media accounts and wrote copy.
Moira then joined Chronicle Books as an Associate Sales Manager, specializing in managing and growing national accounts. Moira was responsible for presentations, assisting buyers, and collaborating with the marketing team.
Moira later joined Workman Publishing as a Marketing Manager and eventually became an Associate Director of Marketing. Moira then moved on to become the Director and later the Senior Director of Marketing.
Additionally, in 2016, they briefly worked as an Associate Director of Digital & Brand Marketing at Publicis.
Throughout their career, Moira Kerrigan has consistently achieved and exceeded sales goals while managing accounts, collaborating with teams, and developing marketing strategies.
Moira Kerrigan attended Friends Seminary from 2000 to 2004. Moira then went on to pursue a degree in English at the University of California, Santa Cruz, from 2004 to 2008, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts.
