Kevin Sookocheff is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and technical architecture. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer in Infrastructure Engineering at Workiva since September 2015, Kevin leads efforts in Kubernetes deployment, AWS cloud security, and compliance with FedRAMP and SOC standards. Previous roles at Workiva include Head of Architecture, where Kevin developed a three-year technology strategy, and Senior Software Architect, responsible for transitioning to containerized infrastructure. Earlier positions include software engineering at VendAsta Technologies, programming analysis at Canada Border Services Agency, software design at International Datacasting, and software development during Google Summer of Code. Kevin holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Saskatchewan.
