Kayla Shuckahosee has extensive experience in customer success operations, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer and Partner Success Operations at Workiva since September 2010. Previously, Kayla held the positions of Customer Success Team Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager at the same company. Prior to Workiva, Kayla worked as a Product Development Assistant at Lands' End from May 2009 to September 2010 and managed at Hospitality Shop, Mary Greeley Hospital from February 2005 to November 2008. Kayla earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Drake University between August 2019 and August 2021, following a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Iowa State University, completed in May 2009.
