Prior to this role, Evisa held multiple leadership positions at ServiceNow, including Global Co-Chair of the Women@Now Employee Belonging Group and Head of Energy, Utilities & Manufacturing, where responsibilities included overseeing sales strategy and managing high-performing teams across various industries in the UK & Ireland. Previous experience includes roles at xMatters, Digiweb Europe, The Collection, Eagle Mobile, and Vodafone Albania, showcasing a solid background in sales management and strategic operations. Evisa holds an MBA in International Management from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a BA with Honors in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Tirana, along with a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Sapienza Universit¨¤ di Roma.
