Tom also worked as a Substitute Teacher at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School, helping learning-disabled students organize their work and prepare for assignments and tests.

Tom's career in business development began in 2002 at Boardwalk Marketing Group, Inc, where they served as a Business Development Representative. Tom represented clients, conducted market research, and implemented qualitative analysis methods to enhance efficiency. Tom later joined MarketOne International, Inc as a Business Development Manager and Program Manager, leading integrated demand generation projects.
