Rustam Shakirzianov has a solid work experience in the software engineering field. Rustam is currently working at Workhuman as a Senior Software Engineer starting from October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at FLO as a Senior Software Engineer from April 2021 to September 2022. Rustam also has extensive experience at Equifax, where they served as a Senior Application Developer from August 2016 to January 2021. At Equifax, they were involved in creating and supporting an orchestration application for automatic income and employment verification for a major US bank, as well as developing and transferring manual verification systems to new technologies and the Google Cloud.

Before their time at Equifax, Rustam worked at Tez Tour as the Lead Developer of the Web-Development Department from September 2009 to March 2016, where they contributed to the development of various travel operator software. Rustam also worked at Media Soft Integro as the Head of Development Department from October 2008 to September 2009, focusing on GIS software development and creating a construction investment attractiveness calculation system for the Moscow government.

Rustam's earlier career includes positions at KV Group as a Java Developer from June 2007 to October 2008, where they were involved in the creation and support of modules for a touring data provider system for travel agencies. Rustam also worked at PragmaticSoft as a Java Developer from March 2007 to June 2007, contributing to the development, modernization, and optimization of the PowerSteering project management system.

Finally, Rustam started their career at RIATeK, where they served as the Head of the "Intershop" Project Development Team from September 2004 to March 2007. In this role, they worked on Java Development projects, specializing in back office and storefront modules development, code optimization, UML model development, and SQL development.

Rustam Shakirzianov obtained a Master's Degree in Nuclear Reactors and Power Plants from the Obninsk Institute of Atomic Energy at National Nuclear Research University "MEPhI" from 1991 to 1997. In addition, they have obtained certifications including Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle in July 2016 and Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle in May 2016.
