Radek Matusewicz has a diverse work experience in the field of customer insights and analytics. Radek is currently working as a Customer Insights Analyst at Workhuman since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an Insight and Analytics Consultant at Behaviour & Attitudes starting from October 2018.
From October 2019 to April 2020, Radek served as a Customer Audience Data Analyst at Ryanair - Europe's Favourite Airline. In this role, they provided insights on trading performance using large and high-velocity data to inform trading decisions and product initiatives.
Before joining Ryanair, Radek worked at eir Ireland as a Consumer Insights Manager for both fixed and mobile markets. From July 2015 to June 2018, they developed and embedded a geo-demographic segmentation strategy for 1.7 million households in Ireland. Radek also influenced the decision to merge Meteor and eir mobile through integrated data-led insights and provided strategic guidelines for the change.
Prior to eir Ireland, Radek worked as a Insight and Market Research Specialist at Meteor from August 2006 to February 2011. Radek then joined Mount Ambrose Care Continuum as an Insight Consultant in February 2006, where they developed the marketing part of a business plan for a new healthcare service targeting the "grey market". Radek conducted market sizing, customer profiling, SWOT analysis, and provided best-practice recommendations based on market intelligence data.
Throughout their career, Radek has utilized various analytical tools including Microsoft SQL, Tableau, R, and Excel to generate insights and support decision-making processes.
Radek Matusewicz's education history includes obtaining a Higher Diploma in Science in Data Analytics from the National College of Ireland from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management and Marketing from Poznan University of Economics And Business from 1992 to 1995. Additionally, Radek has obtained various certifications, including "Communicating with Confidence" from LinkedIn in September 2020, "Time Series Analysis in SQL Server" from DataCamp in September 2020, "Tableau Desktop II: Intermediate" from Tableau Software in August 2020, "Intermediate SQL" from DataCamp in April 2020, "Google Analytics" from Google in December 2019, and "Intermediate R" from DataCamp in January 2019.
