Kimberly (Raspallo) Northup, SPHR, is an accomplished Talent & Performance Principal Consultant at Workhuman, with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Kimberly has held prominent roles at MetLife as a Human Resources Business Partner and at Fidelity Investments as a Talent Management Director. Additionally, Kimberly served as a Senior Talent Management Consultant, Manager of Human Resources, and Senior Performance Consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island. Kimberly's background includes work as a Training Manager & Consultant at Training By Design, now known as Ignite.
