Josephine Ryan has extensive work experience in various roles. Josephine started their career as a Graduate Bank Official at AIB in 1999 and worked there until 2001. Josephine then worked as a CRM Analyst at O2 Ireland from 2001 to 2004. After that, they joined Sqware Peg as a CRM Consultant from 2005 to 2006. In 2007, Josephine returned to AIB as a Business Analyst for a few months. Since then, they have been working at Workhuman in different positions. Josephine started as a Senior Account Manager in 2007 and held that role until 2015. From 2015 to 2022, they were a Customer Success Director, International at Workhuman. Currently, Josephine is serving as a Senior Director, Customer Success at Workhuman.
Josephine Ryan completed a Bachelor of Business Studies & French degree in Marketing from the University of Limerick from 1995 to 1999. Following that, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Computing from Griffith College Dublin from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Josephine obtained the Workhuman Certified Professional certification from Workhuman in February 2021.
