Gavin Collins is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Senior Marketing Director (EMEA) at Workhuman since July 2021, Gavin has played a vital role in shaping workplace culture through integrated Social Recognition® and performance management solutions. Prior to this, Gavin was the Head of Content and Demand at Wavemaker, where a digital-led marketing strategy was implemented. As CEO of Brand Match Limited, Gavin built a B2B platform from the ground up, collaborating with developers and UX designers. Additional experience includes serving as a Marketing Consultant for a significant brand activation project in Ireland and holding the position of B2B Marketing & Sponsorship Director at Centaur Media Plc, managing marketing and operations for FinServ conferences.
