Cian O'Gralaigh has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Cian is currently employed at Workhuman as a Senior Software Engineer, a position they have held since at least February 2022. Prior to this role, Cian worked as a Software Engineer at Workhuman from February 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Workhuman, Cian worked at Version 1 as a Software Developer from November 2018 to February 2021. In this role, they served as the front-end lead of a larger development team for The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine. Cian'sresponsibilities included setting development standards, analyzing and assigning tasks, conducting workshops, designing solutions, interviewing candidates, and developing proof of concepts.

In 2017, Cian had two separate digital marketing roles. Cian was a Digital Marketing Executive at Independent College Dublin from April to August 2017, and also held the same position at International House Dublin during the same time period. In both roles, they focused on presenting information concisely and visually, designing digital and physical materials, and participating in brainstorming sessions for project conceptualization.

Cian's earlier experience includes working at Adforce.com as a UX/UI Designer/Creative Team Member from September 2015 to April 2017. In this role, they managed and updated websites, tested design concepts, and created mockups and wireframes for clients. Cian also worked as an Ad Operations Executive (Part-Time) at Adforce.com from September 2011 to September 2015, where they researched design trends, tested ad creatives, and kept the sales team informed.

Additionally, Cian has experience in customer service roles, including a Sales Associate position at One Dollar Bookstore from May to August 2014, and a Sales Associate position at hmv Ireland & Xtra-vision Ltd from June 2009 to April 2010.

Cian O'Gralaigh has a diverse education history. Cian obtained their Bachelor's Degree in English and History from University College Dublin, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Cian then pursued a Master's Degree in Interactive Digital Media at Trinity College Dublin, completing it in 2015. In 2017, they enrolled in Code Institute, where they earned a Diploma in Full-Stack Software Development in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Cian has also obtained several certifications. In February 2023, they completed a course on Object-Oriented Design from Coursera. In October 2022, they received a certification in Supervised Machine Learning: Regression and Classification from Stanford University. Cian also has certifications from LinkedIn, including one in React Accessibility, Learning webpack 4, and Building a React Application Using AWS Amplify, all obtained in February 2021. Cian further enhanced their skills with a course on the Command Line from Codecademy, completed in August 2021.
