Daisy Sheppard McAuley currently serves as an Account Relationship Manager at WorkForce Software, responsible for the entire EMEA region's existing customer base since May 2019. In this role, Daisy focuses on maximizing customers' return on investment by fostering strong partnerships and identifying opportunities for upselling additional features. Prior experience includes positions as Commercial Manager at Marks and Spencer from September 2013 to December 2018, Store Manager at The Body Shop from May 2011 to September 2013, and Concession Manager at Links of London from April 2009 to April 2010. Daisy holds a BTEC in Media Studies from Northampton College, completed in September 2000.
