Nneka Eneli is a seasoned professional in human resources and corporate development, currently serving as the Director of Outsourcing at Workforce Group since February 2022. Prior to this role, Nneka worked at SIAO from November 2011 to February 2022, where responsibilities included leading a team of Human Resource Consultants and overseeing talent sourcing and acquisition. Nneka began their career at SIAO as a Project Manager focused on financial literacy and inclusion for under-served populations in Nigeria, contributing to an impactful evaluation conducted by the World Bank. Nneka holds a Master of Employment & Labour Studies, a Master of Business Administration in Marketing, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Lagos.
