Nicole Tramel has diverse experience in workforce development and customer service. Currently serving as the Rutherford County Adult Education Student Coordinator at Workforce Essentials, Inc. since January 2021, Nicole effectively manages student registration, counseling, and graduation processes while collaborating with the Program Student Coordinator on outreach initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at American Job Centers of Middle TN as a Career Specialist, Career Advisor, and Front Desk Receptionist, where responsibilities ranged from case management for the WIOA program to organizing job fairs and workshops. Nicole previously worked as a Line Attendant at Great Lakes Cheese and a Warehouse Associate at Amazon, demonstrating a strong ability to perform in fast-paced environments. Early experience as a Cashier at Cicis Pizza provided foundational customer service skills. Nicole Tramel holds a High School Diploma from Oakland High School and is currently pursuing higher education at Middle Tennessee State University.
