At ADP, Seema drove complex enterprise-wide programs, shaped change management strategies, and led initiatives that significantly enhanced tool adoption and cross-functional collaboration globally. With a strong background in business analysis and configuration, Seema has effectively managed client integrations and process improvements while fostering relationships with internal teams and vendors. Educationally, Seema holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from Bangalore Institute of Technology.
