Ernel Zapanta has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ernel started their career at Cebu Pacific Air as a Technical Records Associate in 2014. In 2016, they worked as a Systems Developer at Green Advancedtech Solution Corp before transitioning to a Project Engineer role at PLDT. In 2017, they joined Accenture as an Application Development Associate - DevOps.

Ernel joined Workato in 2018 and held multiple roles within the company. Ernel started as a Product Support Analyst, providing assistance and troubleshooting to customers. Later, they assumed the position of Solutions Consultant, collaborating with the Product and Engineering Team to enhance the Workato platform based on customer requirements. Currently, Ernel is a Solutions Engineer at Workato, focusing on developing automation solutions for critical customer use-cases and delivering exceptional customer service. Ernel plays a vital role in gathering requirements, leading solution design, and accelerating the development of roadmap features. Ernel also actively contributes to Workato's knowledge base and promotes knowledge sharing within the team.

Ernel Zapanta obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from De La Salle University, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Ernel has obtained various certifications, such as Automation Pro III Certificate from Workato, Corporate Finance Foundations and Finance Foundations from LinkedIn, HubSpot CRM Essentials from Udemy: Online Courses, Introduction to Data Engineering from Coursera, Marketing Communication | Integrated Marketing Communication from Udemy: Online Courses, Python Essential Training (2018) from LinkedIn, Working with Databases in Workato from Workato, Discovery from 2Win!, Automation Pro II Certification from Workato, and Automation Pro I Certification from Workato.
