Rocío Trevisan has a strong background in various administrative and people-focused roles. Rocío currently works at Workana, where they started as an Administrative/Help Desk employee in 2011 and progressed to become a People Analyst in 2020. In this role, they handled HR-related matters, managed payroll, and supported employee onboarding and offboarding. From 2019 to 2020, they also served as the Office Manager, responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the Buenos Aires office. Rocío then transitioned to the role of People Experience Analyst in 2021, where they focused on maintaining a vibrant company culture and providing coaching and support to employees and leaders. Currently, they hold the position of People Lead, starting in 2024, where they oversee people-related initiatives and supports the overall employee journey at Workana. Prior to their time at Workana, Rocío worked as an Executive Assistant at Grupo SM, where they managed schedules, coordinated meetings, and provided administrative support to executives. Rocío also has experience as an Assistant/Office Manager at Del Greco Irigoyen SRL, where they provided general administrative support and oversaw office operations. Throughout their career, Rocío has demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Rocío Trevisan obtained a Licenciada en Relaciones del Trabajo degree from the University of Buenos Aires from 2010 to 2017. In 2021, they pursued a Posgrado en Conducción de HR at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'. They also completed an Especialización en Employee Experience at Savvy HR Consulting in the same year. Currently, Rocío is attending the Escuela Argentina de PNL y Coaching to obtain a Coach Ontologico degree, which they started in 2022.
