Nareen Farhad is a seasoned professional in management and innovation, currently serving as Co-founder and Executive Director at WorkWell Iraq since August 2023 and as Founder of Digital Karama Innovation Inc., a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) organization, since July 2023. Nareen has held various roles at Search for Common Ground from July 2018 to August 2023, including Country Program Manager and Grant and Compliance Lead. Previous experience includes positions as an English Instructor at Slemani Institute and as a Supply Chain Assistant at the International Rescue Committee. Nareen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani, and has pursued advanced studies in Strategic Management of Operations and Innovation, scaling technology ventures, and driving innovation through programs at notable institutions, including Harvard Business School and Stanford University.
