Emma Taylor is a seasoned professional in the field of business transformation and people development, currently serving as a Board Member at Work Time Reduction since May 2023 and as Chief People Officer at Curium Solutions since May 2013. Under Emma's leadership, Curium Solutions has received several prestigious accolades, including the Small Business Award 2019 and Business of the Year 2018 from the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce. Emma's extensive experience includes roles as a Judge at the Call Centre Management Association and various management consultant positions across notable companies such as Capita and Iron Mountain.
