Dean Frieders serves as the Chief Solutions Officer at Work Health Solutions, where expertise in EMS and over 20 years of experience in healthcare organizations contribute to enhancing workplace safety and employee wellness. Previously, as a Partner at Caliber Personnel, Dean Frieders collaborated with HR teams to optimize healthcare staffing solutions. As Village Manager and Attorney for the Village of Pingree Grove, innovations in governmental operations and community engagement were prioritized. Dean Frieders also operated Frieders Law, LLC, focusing on negotiation and litigation, and held the position of Adjunct Professor at North Central College, teaching negotiation strategies. Earlier roles included partner at Mickey, Wilson, Weiler, Renzi & Andersson, P.C., and legal assistant at 1st Farm Credit Services. Dean Frieders holds a Doctor of Law degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on Conflict Resolution from North Central College and Chicago-Kent College of Law.
