Douglas Young is an experienced finance and management professional with a strong background in the insurance and consulting industries. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at Wordley Partnership since April 2019, Douglas previously held roles including Principal Consultant at EC3 Consultants and Brand Ambassador at Wiser Academy. Douglas has extensive experience in leadership positions, having been Head of Sales and Broker Relationships at Canopius, Managing Director at K Drewe Insurance Brokers, and Chairman at Quest Holdings. Douglas's educational background includes two Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, following studies at Hutchesons' Grammar School.
