Ryan Ward has extensive experience in business operations and technology, currently serving on the Executive Advisory Board for the Data Science Program at Worcester Polytechnic Institute since 2018. Previously, Ryan held various leadership positions at HubSpot from September 2011 to July 2024, culminating as Vice President of Business Technology, where oversight included a department of approximately 100 employees and management of over $60M in annual expenses. Prior roles at HubSpot included Director of Business Operations and Sales and Services Operations Manager. Earlier career experience includes working as an Associate at Polaris Venture Partners, focusing on growth equity investments, and as the top-ranked Analyst at Harris Williams & Co. Ryan began the career at Boston Corporate Finance as a Summer Analyst. Ryan holds a B.S. in Finance from Babson College, earned in 2006.
