Daniel J. Galvin, Jr. serves as an Assistant District Attorney at the Worcester County District Attorney's Office since August 2019. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Director Of Constituent Services for the Office of State Representative Harold P. Naughton from January 2019 to August 2019 and worked as a Legislative Aide in the Massachusetts House of Representatives in August to December 2018. Early experience includes a Law Clerk position at Mullen & McGourty, where responsibilities involved legal research and drafting court documents from May 2014 to August 2017, and an internship at the same firm in 2013. Daniel also served in the Massachusetts Army National Guard as a Rifleman from June 2011 to September 2015. Academically, Daniel earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from UMass Law (2014-2018) and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, Cum Laude, from Norwich University (2010-2014).
